Product Manager - onboarding flows (St. Louis, MO)

Highbridge Orchard Care Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around visit scheduling and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
