Product Manager - onboarding flows (Spokane, WA)

Summit Beacon Financial Associates is a financial-services company in Spokane, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around vendor spend and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with vendor spend or a regulated setting.
