Product Manager - onboarding flows (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Nova Haven Medical Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around clinical evaluations and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with clinical evaluations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
