Product Manager - onboarding flows (Savannah, GA)

Highbridge Cobalt Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Savannah, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around device records and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with device records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
