Product Manager - onboarding flows (Savannah, GA)

Greenridge Rook Markets serves neighbourhoods around Savannah with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
