Product Manager - onboarding flows (San Jose, CA)

Redstone Field Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in San Jose. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around training materials and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
