Product Manager - onboarding flows (San Jose, CA)

Summit Vista Insurance is an insurance company in San Jose with claims and service teams, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 135 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
