Product Manager - onboarding flows (San Jose, CA)

Fernwood Beacon Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from San Jose. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
