Product Manager - onboarding flows (San Diego, CA)

Northwind Beacon Medical is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory submissions and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
