Product Manager - onboarding flows (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ridge Insurance and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of about 711 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
