Product Manager - onboarding flows (San Diego, CA)

Cedar Loom Insurance is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
