Product Manager - onboarding flows (San Antonio, TX)

Harborlight Granite Pharma is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around quality documentation and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
