Product Manager - onboarding flows (San Antonio, TX)

Ironwood North Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around San Antonio. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around batch records and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
