Product Manager - onboarding flows (Salt Lake City, UT)

Stonegate West Care Services Partners is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Salt Lake City, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around visit scheduling and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
