Product Manager - onboarding flows (Salt Lake City, UT)

Northwind Oak Banking Services is a regional lender in Salt Lake City with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
