Product Manager - onboarding flows (Salt Lake City, UT)

Summit Ivory Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Salt Lake City serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
