Product Manager - onboarding flows (Salt Lake City, UT)

Clearpath Umber Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Salt Lake City, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around branch operations and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
