Product Manager - onboarding flows (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Rook Financial and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around payment disputes and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
