Product Manager - onboarding flows (Rochester, NY)

Harborlight Nest Pharma is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory filings and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
