Product Manager - onboarding flows (Richmond, VA)

Bluepeak Wren Care Services provides in-home and community support in Richmond, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of about 450 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around visit scheduling and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting.
