Cedar Amber Insurance is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
