Product Manager - onboarding flows (Reno, NV)

Foxglove Clear Care Services Partners is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Reno. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around caregiver training and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
