Product Manager - onboarding flows (Reno, NV)

Nova Works is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around pricing and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with pricing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
