Product Manager - onboarding flows (Reno, NV)

Foxglove Clear Care Services provides in-home and community support in Reno, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of about 746 people based in Reno. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
