Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Amberfield Harbor Care Services Partners is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around caregiver training and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
