Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Fernwood Glen Facilities looks after properties across the Miami region, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around cleaning schedules and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
