Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Drift Banking Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
