Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Foxglove Vale Pharma is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
