Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Ironwood Quill Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Oakland. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
