Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Stonegate Mill Care Services Partners is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around caregiver training and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
