Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Highbridge Willow Pharma develops and makes medicines in Tampa, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around release testing and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with release testing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
