Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Juniper Facilities and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around customer sites and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
