Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Rivermark Cobalt Pharma is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
