Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Clearpath Oak Banking Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around deposit accounts and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
