Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Harborlight Nest Pharma develops and makes medicines in Reno. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around batch records and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
