Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Bright Cedar Facilities Group looks after properties across the Fresno region. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of about 551 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around work orders and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with work orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
