Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Bright Rowan Facilities is a facilities company in Knoxville with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around work orders and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with work orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
