Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Stonegate Wilder Medical is a Virginia Beach company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around training materials and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
