Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Rivermark Corner Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Little Rock, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around device records and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with device records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
