Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Cross Banking Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with account openings or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
