Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Summit North Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Baltimore, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around production lots and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with production lots or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
