Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Harborlight Field Financial is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 261 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around payment disputes and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
