Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark West Care Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around licensing and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with licensing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
