Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Greenridge Nest Markets is a New Orleans retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around supplier deliveries and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
