Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Greenridge Lantern Medical Partners designs and makes medical devices in Knoxville. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around device records and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with device records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
