Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Northwind Umber Care Services provides in-home and community support in Omaha. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of about 993 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
