Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Bright Cedar Facilities Group looks after properties across the Cleveland region. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with contractor visits or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
