Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Nova Beacon Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around payment disputes and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
