Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Rowan Banking Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
