Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Foxglove River Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Austin. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
